Sami
Antrazi, President
Mr. Antrazi has
more than 15 years of engineering management and
customer development experience. His professional
career combines managerial, business development,
and technical expertise in the capital equipment
industry. Prior to joining 4Wave, he directed the
electrical, mechanical, and software engineering
departments at Commonwealth Scientific. He also
conducted advanced robotics research for space
applications for three years with NASA's Goddard
Space Flight Center. He holds a Ph.D. (ABD) and an
M.S. in electrical engineering from Catholic
University in Washington,
D.C.
Michael Minnemann, Vice
President of Systems Engineering
Mr. Minneman has more than 18
years of experience designing ion beam deposition
and etch equipment. As Manager of Mechanical
Engineering at Commonwealth Scientific, he served
as lead engineer on the world’s first cluster ion
beam deposition system, delivered to IBM in the
mid-1990s. He holds a B.S. in mechanical
engineering from the University of
Maryland.
Trey Middleton, Vice
President of Business
Development
Mr. Middleton
has 20 years of business development
experience in the capital equipment industry.
Throughout his 13-year career with Commonwealth
Scientific, he has directed manufacturing, field
service, international sales, and worldwide
account management. He introduced the first
production-worthy diamond-like carbon system to
the U.S. and Asian markets, and the first
dielectric and optical deposition systems to JDSU,
Corning, and Nortel. He holds a B.S. in electrical
engineering from Vanderbilt
University.
Tony Githinji, Vice
President of Control Systems
Engineering
Mr. Githinji has more
than 11 years of experience designing control
system architecture for equipment automation. He
provides software development and upgrades to
4Wave clients worldwide. As former Manager of
Control Systems Engineering at Commonwealth
Scientific, he developed software for high vacuum
processing equipment for the optical,
semiconductor, and data storage industries. Mr.
Githinji holds an M.S. in computer science from
Marymount University and a B.S. in electrical
engineering from the University of Windsor in
Canada.
