4Wave Relocates and Opens a Technology Development
Center in Virginia
Dedicated to Next-Generation Process Development and Analysis, Manufacturing and Customer

Sterling, VA, June 15 2002 – 4Wave, Inc. moves to its new 8,000 sq.
ft., facility which was specifically designed for manufacturing processing equipment and
optical chip fabrication. The facility includes clean room manufacturing and assembly
areas along with an applications laboratory with 4Wave’s latest processing tools and
dedicated metrology and analytical area. Several local dignitaries joined in the opening
of 4Wave’s new facility.
